The below outlines the terms and conditions associated with using and purchasing from this site. We reserve the right to change any content of this site, disclaimers and these terms and conditions at any time.
The wording 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to Exquisite Displays. The wording 'this web site' refers to www.exquisite-displays.com.
Sections
General use
- The owner of this web site is Exquisite Displays whose address is Unit B5, Blaby Industrial Park, Winchester Avenue, Blaby, Leicester, LE8 4GZ.
- Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with Exquisite Displays. Purchases made may be used for both personal and commercial use.
- Every effort is take to ensure prices displayed are correct. In the unlikely event that a price shown is incorrect we will inform you within one working day and provide you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, or we do not hear a response from you within three working days, we will consider the order cancelled and issue a refund for the full amount you have paid for that order.
- All orders are accompanied by a confirmation email - one upon order confirmation and one upon order dispatch. These emails represent an acceptance by us that you have agreed to make a purchase through this web site. These emails contain a link to these terms and conditions.
- To help prevent unauthorised use of your credit or debit card at checkout you may be asked to validate yourself through third party security checks which have been authorised by your credit or debit card issuer. These checks are beyond our control and any payment refusals as a result of using these checks are unassociated with us.
- You undertake that all details you provide us with when making a purchase, such as name, address and contact details are correct at the time of purchasing.
- You agree that the credit or debit card you are using for the purpose of purchase goods through our site is your own or that you have permission from the owner to use it for the purpose of buying goods from this web site.
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to your order being dispatched.
Your order will deem to have been dispatched when we have sent you the dispatch
confirmation email.
i. Cancellations can be made by either emailing us at sales@exquisite-displays.com or telephoning us on 0116 277 4767. Please quote your name, address and order reference number in any communications.
ii. In the event that we have already dispatched your goods, you should return them to us unopened with the original invoice (found on the box or inside it). Returns should be sent back to;

Once we are in receipt of your returned goods we will be happy to issue a refund for the value of the goods returned in accordance with the prices on the original invoice. Return postage costs will not be refunded in this event.
For more information on our returns policy please read the Returns Policy section of our Help pages. - Should returned goods not be returned in their original condition we reserve the right to issue the refund at up to 50% of the price paid for each returned item in unsatisfactory condition. In the event that we deem the item to be in an unsellable condition we reserve the right to refuse any refund for each item we deem unsellable.
- The amount refunded in accordance with paragraph 9 above is at our sole discretion.
- You agree that any product review you leave us can be used by us royalty-free and can be published on any of our related materials, including brochures, flyers and any other part of this web site.
Order processing
- Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of successfully completing checkout. The total stated at checkout is the total amount you will pay and includes all sales tax (where applicable) and delivery charges.
- We will ensure every effort will be made to dispatch your orders within one working day. Details of estimated delivery times can be found in the Delivery Information section of our Help pages. These delivery times are in no way guaranteed by us and should only be used as a guide.
- Our Returns Policy, which can be found in the Returns Policy section of our Help pages, applies to all items purchased from this web site.
Delivery of orders
- You agree that you will choose the correct delivery method at the time of checkout for your own country. UK delivery options are only available to delivery addresses in the UK. Anyone outside the UK must choose from the European delivery options. We reserve the right to hold back any orders where you have selected the wrong delivery option for your country until any additional payment of the difference in price has been paid to us. This does not affect your option to cancel the order as detailed in paragraph 8. Should you decide to cancel your order after choosing the wrong delivery address you will receive a refund for all monies paid to date for that order.
- Delivery times, as stated in the Delivery Information section of our Help pages, are approximate. We will dispatch your goods to the delivery address you specify at checkout and we will assume that this address is correct. Usually all orders are dispatched in one box but in the event that we have to use more than one box we will still send all boxes together. There may be times when you will receive your goods in instalments but we will inform you in advance should that be the case.
- If your address is outside the UK we advise you to check your own countries customs policies for more information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you have purchased, including total price paid and shipment weight, are in accordance with your countries customs policy. Any additional taxes or charges which result from your countries customs policies must be paid for by you and we accept no responsibility for such charges that may arise.
- Please be aware that when shipping abroad your items may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
- For Christmas deliveries we highly recommend that you order before at least 18th December. We cannot accept any liability for items which do not reach you in time for Christmas but we do agree to dispatch your items in a timely manner in accordance with paragraph 13 above.
Late and delayed orders
- We accept no responsibility for the delay or loss of orders if your chosen delivery method is via Royal Mail, which includes the delivery method 'UK Standard'. We regret that we cannot investigate the delay or loss of orders sent by Royal Mail until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting. It is your responsibility to ensure that you inform us of any delay.
- For deliveries made by any courier we will investigate any delay immediately and keep you informed of our progress.
Security
- All credit or debit card transactions used for the purchase of goods from this web site are secure and no data will ever be stored by us. Your credit or debit card payments are handled by secure third party payment gateways and no sensitive data is shown to us.
- We promise not to store any credit or debit card information when payment is made over the phone.
- Any personal information you provide us for the purpose of purchasing goods will be stored on a database (except any credit or debit card information) and you agree that we can store this information this way. We promise never to pass on any of your information to any third party companies.
- You agree that by providing us with your contact details we may contact you with offers, promotions or events which you may be interested. We will never contact you for any other reason than those related to your order or offers which we feel you may be interested in. You may opt out of any such communications by emailing us at sales@exquisite-displays.com.
